2008 British IRC Team Results
The Concept2 British IRC Team Challenge is a four person team event for Junior teams.
The race distance is 4,000m except for J14s & J13s, who race over 3,000m, and J12s & J11s, who race over 2,000m. All team members row at the same time and the 4 Indoor Rowers power one boat on the race system. Each team member contributes to the total distance of the single boat, therefore for the 4,000m race each person will row approximately 1,000m, for the 3,000m race around 750m, and for the 2,000m race around 500m.
The Team Challenge is run under a straight final format, with the first, second and third placed teams in each event receiving medals.
