2 x 12,000m with cadence increase / 4 min easy

Ride two 12,000 meter pieces. In each piece, ride the first 6000m @ 70 rpm. Then 4000m @ 75 rpm and 2000m @ 80. Ride for four minutes easily during the rest period.
